Aside from knowing these medical treatments there are also natural ways that could minimize hair loss. Take a look at the shampoo that you are currently using and start reading the label. Opt for shampoos that do not contain active ingredients of sodium laureth sulfate which is normally found in strong home cleaner products and the sodium laureth sulfatewhich is a grease stripping agent. Both of these ingredients do not directly cause hair loss but it would lead to dryness and breakage of hair hence the problem of hair loss would arise. In short one good way to prevent hair loss is to ensure that your hair is healthy. Women should also refrain from binding and braiding their hair tightly since this would produce tension and pressure on the hair which can lead to hair breakage.
