Hair
loss prevention
“With losing
my hair, I lost the world.” This is especially true to
men, when they started aging and become one of those
“shinny heads” who lost their self-esteem. To address
this concern, it’s better to understand the reasons
behind it and prevent hair loss.
Hair loss
prevention
Self-medication is becoming popular
nowadays. Without any prescription, we take in medicines
that we think can cure our sickness. It has been
scientifically proven that drugs such as aspirin, for
high blood pressure can interrupt the normal cycle of
hair growth. Other drugs would include contraceptives,
anticoagulants and antidepressants. The situation will be
averted when you stop taking these medicines. Daily
stress is also cited as a factor of hair loss. With life
on fast lane, stress is on the go. Pressures are coming
from the workplace and even inside the household. For
instance, we reduce our sleeping time, just to meet the
deadlines set by our boss. We over think sometimes and
forget that there’s a room for relaxation and fun. The
solution lies on having balance between your career and
well-being. Life isn’t just about earning money. Enough
rest and healthy living will make a difference. We also
have hair dyeing, bleaching and tinting as manifestations
of improper hair care. The chemicals used kill the
nutrients that are present in our hair. Even the usual
hairstyles, ponytails or braids, cause hair-breakage.
There are also very tight hair styles, resulting into
excessive falling of hair. There’s nothing wrong with
stylish hairs, but we have to be responsible and make
sure that our hair is taken care of. Lastly, iron
deficiency is also a contributor of such problem.
Improper diet with lack of iron in take is one of its
most common causes. A healthy and balance diet with
iron-rich foods such as meat, can work things
out.

Hair loss
bears psychological torture to the person owning it.
Given this, preventive measures are needed to mitigate
harmful effects brought about by
hair-loss.
